cPanel is the control panel for your hosting account. There are three ways to reach it.
1. Single sign-on from the client area (easiest)
Log in at hostingsutra.com/clientarea.php, open Services → My Services, click your hosting plan, then click Login to cPanel. No password required.
2. Direct URL
Visit https://yourdomain.com/cpanel or https://yourdomain.com:2083 and enter your cPanel username and password.
If your domain does not point to us yet, use the server hostname from your welcome email instead, for example https://server.hostingsutra.com:2083.
3. Webmail-style shortcuts
yourdomain.com/webmail— webmail login (port 2096)yourdomain.com/cpanel— cPanel login (port 2083)
Common login errors
- Page will not load — your firewall or ISP may block ports 2082-2096. Use the client area single sign-on instead.
- "The login is invalid" — the cPanel password is different from your client area password. Reset it from the service page in the client area.
- Security certificate warning — you are using the shared hostname before your own SSL is issued. It is safe to proceed, or use the server hostname URL.
- IP blocked — too many failed attempts can trigger the server firewall. Open a ticket with your public IP address (from a site like whatismyip.com) and we will clear it.
